We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates. Orders are processed and delivered within 2–4 business days of purchase.

Free shipping on UAE orders over AED 250. Orders below this amount incur a standard delivery fee, calculated at checkout.

You'll receive tracking information by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our jewelry, we do not offer standard returns. If there's an issue with your order — such as a defect or an item that arrived damaged — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact page, and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
