We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates. Orders are processed and delivered within 2–4 business days of purchase.

Free shipping on UAE orders over AED 250. Orders below this amount incur a standard delivery fee, calculated at checkout.

You'll receive tracking information by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Earrings and other pierced jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Sale and discounted items are final sale and non-returnable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
