Return & Refund Policy — Power8

We want you to love your Power8 piece. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless received damaged or defective. Custom or engraved pieces are also final sale.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Contact us at info@power8.ae within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case Power8 covers the cost.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@power8.ae within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
