Sale items are non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
Is this real 925 sterling silver / real gold?
The metal for this piece is listed in the description above. Our 925 sterling silver is solid metal throughout, not plated. Our 18K gold pieces are a real gold PVD finish bonded to stainless steel — genuine gold, but a surface layer rather than solid gold, and we say so rather than just calling it “gold.” Cubic zirconia and moissanite are lab-made stones; we never describe them as diamonds.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Every piece is nickel-free, hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant. Sterling silver can still darken over time — that is normal for real silver and lifts off with a polishing cloth. Keep it away from perfume, lotion and chlorine, and dry it fully after contact with water. See the Jewelry Care tab.
Can I return it if it is not right?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, unused and unworn in its original packaging. Two exceptions we are upfront about: earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and discounted items are final sale. See the Delivery & Returns tab.
